Step 1Select your servicesFirst, select a service, e.g. Wash & Fold. You can then customize it with optional extras, such as Ironing, our Signature Perfume, and more. After you add it to the basket, you can add other services, e.g. Shoe Cleaning and Bedding & Home. You can also add one service to the basket in two configurations, e.g. you want Wash & Fold one time for 20 items with Ironing and another time for 25 items without ironing – all combinations are possible in one single order.
Step 2Confirm your addressInside the basket, search for your address just like with Google Maps. Suggestions will appear when you start typing. Our service is fully CONTACTLESS, which means you do not need to wait around for us. We pick up your order from the Pickup Place you choose in the basket. To make the process as smooth as possible, please provide us with as many address details, photos, and any other important information as possible.
Step 3Choose your Return SpeedWith our Standard Service, all orders placed by 18:00 will be returned anytime in the afternoon or evening of the NEXT DAY. For an additional fee, our SAME-DAY Express Service guarantees that orders placed by 13:00 will be returned by 22:00 on the same day. Another value-added option is our NEXT-DAY by Noon Service, where all orders placed by 18:00 will be returned by 12:00 Noon on the next day, perfect for those who need to check out from their hotel.
Step 4Take your order
to the Pickup PlaceAs soon as you complete your payment online, we start processing your order. Please label your bags with your Name and Room No. and take them to the PICKUP PLACE ON TIME to avoid any waiting for you or for us. Track every step of your order on our website by clicking on Order Status at the top of the website. The My Laundry Promise
Before each wash, My Laundry separates
delicate items, whites, darks and colors,
including very bright and strong colors,
to prevent the risk of colors running and
preserve the quality and color of all items.
We never mix the laundry from different customers together. Each customer is
assigned as many machines for their
order as necessary. Please only include
items in your order which are safe for
machine wash as we do not offer a
hand-washing service.
Because we take hygiene very seriously, we
do not accept any items with pet hair on
them. While we plan to open a special
facility where we treat items with pet hair
on them in the future, for now, any such
items will be returned unwashed.
We provide FREE Pickup & Return to any
address within our service area in Bangkok.

to the Pickup Place on time so that we
never have to wait around for you.
Whenever possible, we strive to return
orders ahead of time to addresses with
a safe and secure Pickup & Return Place
e.g. hotels, condos, apartments and
office buildings.
Our Policy
We do not currently offer monthly
packages as our system lets you place an
order for the exact amount of laundry you
need to have washed whenever you need
it without the pressure of using up your
package within a certain period of time.
It’s OK if you don’t have a bag and you
leave your items in a suitcase or basket
for us. However, we will transfer the items
to our own bags and then leave your
suitcase or basket at the Pickup Place.
We do not accept leather & linen items
if they cannot be washed in a washing
machine. For the DRYING PROCESS of
both leather & linen fabric items, it is the responsibility of the customer to choose
the right method, which is normally Air Dry.
Kindly note that we do not accept any
walk-ins to our facilities at the moment.
However, we provide FREE Pickup & Return
to your address for the utmost convenience.

services. From our experience, more than
99% of all items we process are suitable
for machine washing. It is the customers’ responsibility to choose the right washing,
drying and processing options for their items.
