For the following thin bedding items up to 6 feet: bedsheets, fitted sheets, duvet covers and thin mattress protectors. We do not clean toppers or rigid topper-like items & mattresses.

For pillows, body pillows, cushions and bolsters which are machine-washable and tumble-dryable only. We do not clean memory foam pillows or duck down pillows.
For cooking aprons or chef´s tops, trousers, or hats. Most types of food or beverage stains will require our Stain Removal service which can be selected below.
Our Standard Procedure includes machine wash on a gentle cycle at a low and safe temperature. You can also customize the washing process with our options below.

Apart from towels and pillowcases, all other bedding and home items must be added to the basket separately by selecting our Bedding & Home Service.
No Same-Day Express or Next- Day by Noon Service
To give your shoes enough time to air dry properly, they are usually returned between 18:00 and 22:00 on the return date.

Hotel Laundry Bags ONLY
Valid only when using a hotel laundry bag as provided in most rooms. NO OTHER BAGS ARE ACCEPTED. If you do not have a hotel laundry bag, we recommend our Wash & Fold Service for your first order. For future orders, you can use our My Laundry Bags which we will provide for you when we return your first order.
